Infrastructure:

With our Head Office located at Dwarka, New Delhi, we are empowered with world-class infrastructure. Curriculum, Administrative and Professional Development Services are coordinated from Head Office where our staff and leadership team is located. We work in a strictly academic atmosphere where the students are exposed to state-of the-art classroom facilities. Classes are held in fully air-conditioned classrooms with the aid of audio/visual sessions and the institute is well-equipped with all the pedagogical materials like books, DVDs, videos, language laboratories and library.

We serve as a centre to improve your foreign language skills through our interactive multimedia, audio cassettes, and Audio CD’s and movies in different languages with English subtitles. We are equipped with hi-tech audio-visual equipments.

We have a network of information resources on subjects such as literature, theatre, poetry, social sciences, tourism, arts, architecture and lifestyle of different countries. We also have numerous textbooks and dictionaries easily accessible to students and easy language books for the beginners. Several newspapers and magazines are also available. Standards, qualifications and frameworks to language learning:

Many qualifications define frameworks of standards for language learning. These frameworks can also be used for self-assessment and also as occupational standards by employers to gauge skills levels. Language qualifications vary from country to country and also as per size, scope and level; meaning that there is considerable amount of flexibility on how individuals can have their skills recognized.

Cosmolingua delivers language training as per the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages: Learning, Teaching, Assessment (CEFR) developed by the Council of Europe which provides a basis for the mutual recognition of language qualifications, thus facilitating educational and occupational mobility. It is increasingly used in the reform of national curricula and by international consortia for the comparison of language certificates.

Our Methodology:

At Cosmolingua, we focus on learner-specific and client-specific solutions rather than standard programmes. In conformity with the standards laid out by the CEFR, we do have a series of carefully designed programmes, structured as per education standards in India, equivalent to Certificate of proficiency, Diploma of proficiency and Advanced Diploma of proficiency which are largely conducted at our Institute premises.
